Refunds & Returns

Please take a moment to review your order carefully before checking out. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you’d like to return an item, we provide store credit in the form of a credit code equal to your purchase amount (shipping fees not included). To start a return, contact us at info@ukemeofficial.com within 7 days of receiving your package.

• Returned items must be in unworn, original condition with all tags still attached. Items that do not meet these requirements will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise arranged.
• Please note: customers with frequent or excessive returns may have their return privileges temporarily suspended.
